Welcome to Bonnets & Bags

My background is in Engineering so the unique design at Bonnets & Bags is geometrically inspired. Although I'm too practical to be trendy, my purses are designed to last - I always keep my eye open for textured and eye catching fabrics that will remain timeless!

Originally inspired by the One-of-a-Kind Show in Toronto, designing purses has become an outlet for creativity and design. I started out with a handmade cloche-style crochet hat and matching scarf set, and my first purse was a totebag. After two offers to remove my belongings and sell it on the spot, I now offer a versatile line of designs to suit your needs.

I still make each piece to assure quality and durability. There is always a new collection available for purchase, but I particularly enjoy custom designs. Many clients find it very rewarding to design their own custom creation; I would be glad to sit with you over a cup of tea and sketch out ideas together.
